Cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, while the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring this city, and the breakfast was delicious.

The bed was really comfortable and I slept very well. the hotel was near to the city center and it was easy to find.

the advertising was misleading as I booked a room with a hot tub and mountain view, but there was no hot tub and no mountain view.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the competitive room rate. The location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. I also liked the fact that there were a variety of restaurants and shops nearby, providing us with plenty of dining options.

I booked a room for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed. However, the hotel fell short in many other aspects. The misleading advertising promised a room with a hot tub and a mountain view, but unfortunately, my room had neither. The walls were dirty, with writing from the builders still visible, and there was mold in the bathroom. Although I requested to speak with the manager, they refused to see or talk to me.
